The restaurant

Operà was created from an idea by Simone Orlandi, with the intention of creating a place inspired by the art of harmony, ideal for highlighting the importance of the territory. Tradition and the uniqueness of conviviality are the common threads of the construction of his style of cooking. The raw materials, always of excellent quality, are prepared as if to create a single ingredient of a unique dish. As though they were the instruments of an orchestra, they are transformed into a symphony of scents and flavours that imbue each dish with stories of distant cuisines. Simone, with his multifaceted professional training, from hotel school to on-the-job learning experience directing the kitchen while always remaining attentive to the evolution of social customs, has created a marriage between classical training and the innovation needed in the kitchen to always stay in step with the times and with the renewed demands of the clientele, to the extent that he has also included pizza on the menu, meeting with great success. In his preparations, he remains close to the territory and to Tuscany, aiming at quality in dishes prepared with the right ingredients, but without wanting to surprise, because simplicity is harmony.
